Why ChilL?
While we know that temperature contrasts are
highly recommended for finger injuries, when it
comes down to it, we often skip it due to the lack
of a specific solution.
It’s inconvenient to have to dip your finger into a
glass of icy or boiling water, and it forces you to
stay still.
That’s why we developed ChilL: a comfortable,
specialized alternative for treating climbers’ finger
injuries and stress with cold and heat.
Plus, unlike other products, it doesn’t break easily
and won’t cause burns when applied directly to the
skin.
How to use it
To cool it, place it in the resealable bag for 2 hours
at a temperature of at least -24oC.
To heat it, place it (without the bag) in the
microwave for 10 seconds at maximum power. If it’s
not hot enough, heat it in 5-second intervals.
