The original shapes were made from a rougher foam than the DT Woodies 01 or 02.
So despite their small size, the textured part does have some grip. Great for little foot chips or for thumbs on tricky balance problems.
Designed with high end comp style in mind. World Cup level athletes can use these for hands and feet.
